In major LGBTQIAA+ news beyond biological anthropology, the Supreme Court ruled a combined ruling for three cases (Altitude Express v. Zarda, Bostock v. Clayton County, and Harris Funeral Homes v. EEOC) that LGBTQ individuals are protected from discrimination against sexual orientation and/or gender identity. The legal granting of this basic human right is long overdue but great news!
